We specialize in the custom design, fabrication, calibration, refurbishment and field service of high-performance liquid, steam and gas measurement systems. Our capabilities include 2" - 18" welding certification on carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic alloy pipe and flanges to ASME and AWS standards. Our flow measurement solutions can be provided with a compliment of honed straight runs, hardware, instrumentation and flow computers.

Voom, LLC’s staff of professional engineers have backgrounds in fluid systems, instrumentation, controls, mechanical and electrical engineering. Our designers employ state-of-the-art AutoCAD modeling software to generate detailed design drawings. Voom’s document control staff is prepared to comply with the most demanding electronic and hardcopy documentation requirements.

The manufacture of each flow meter is performed under the watchful eye of our in-house Quality Inspector. This ensures each step during machining, welding, honing, hydrostatic testing, inspection and assembly is performed to spec. This allows Voom, LLC to maintain rigorous attention to detail during manufacturing and document control. From the time raw materials arrive to final inspection and calibration, our Quality Control Team is here to ensure compliance to the specifications. Our dimensional and surface finish validations are documented and NIST traceable. Certificates of Conformance, Material Test Reports and Manufacturing Verification Data Sheets are available to meet the demanding documentation requirements of our customers in the performance testing, emissions monitoring and environmental compliance business.

We collaborate on a routine basis with the major hydraulic and compressible gas calibration labs in the USA. These labs provide accurate characterization from an independent 3rd party of our orifice meters, turbine meters, annubars, flow nozzles, coriolis, magmeters and vortex-shedding flow meters over a wide range of Reynolds numbers.

The Voom, LLC Field Service Division is also available to install, commission, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair all types of flow meters. Our highly skilled calibration technicians mobilize to your plant and perform NIST traceable calibrations. Our calibrations help the plant comply with the EPA 40CFR 75 and all Best Available Control Technology (BACT) emissions requirements in conformance with regional air quality provisions. Service engineers and techs are available 24/7/365.
